Pikworo Slave Camp, Paga, Bolgatanga, Ghana

During early 19th century, Pikworo Slave Camp was the main camp where slaves were kept after being captured by slave traders in the North. From Pikworo slaves were moved South towards the Salaga slave market or the Gold Coast.
